The Oppenheim Group is deeply committed to the Southern California community.
During the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires, Jason spoke out publicly against illegal landlord price-gouging, reinforcing his long-standing advocacy for fair and ethical housing practices. In addition, the firm donated $100,000 to local fire and police departments and provided hundreds of essential supplies to affected residents.
In response to the wildfires impacting Southern California, The Oppenheim Group organized a Fire Relief Drive to support displaced families and first responders. Along with collecting and delivering essential supplies and donations through trusted relief partners, our team also helped displaced victims secure leases free of cost, providing stability and support during a difficult time.
Since 2010, The Oppenheim Group has proudly supported FootOnFood.org, a Los Angeles–based nonprofit dedicated to helping unhoused and low-income individuals rebuild their lives. To date, the team has personally contributed more than $150,000 and helped raise an additional $300,000, creating a meaningful and lasting impact across the community.

Each holiday season, our San Diego office hosts a Toy Drive to help bring joy to local children and families in need. With contributions from our agents, staff, and community partners, we collect new toys and gift items that are distributed through trusted local organizations to brighten the season for hundreds of kids.
The Oppenheim Group is proud to support 100 Women Who Care, a giving circle that brings women together to create immediate, local impact. By pooling donations and spotlighting vetted nonprofits, the group helps fund critical programs across Los Angeles and surrounding communities—proving that collective generosity can make a powerful difference.
