Christian Emerson
Christian Emerson is a commercial real estate professional with a lifelong foundation in the industry, having been actively immersed in real estate operations, asset management, and investment strategy from an early age.
He attended the University of Southern California, where he earned a degree in Real Estate Development while competing as a Division I athlete on USC’s nationally renowned men’s water polo team. In 2018, Christian and his teammates won the NCAA National Championship, playing under one of the most decorated coaches in collegiate sports history, whose program has earned 19 NCAA titles. Being part of the most successful program in NCAA men’s water polo history instilled in him a deep commitment to discipline, teamwork, and high performance. These values have carried over into his professional life, where he brings the same level of focus, preparation, and resilience to every transaction.
Since launching his real estate career, Christian has been involved in more than $300 million in commercial real estate sales and leasing transactions. He works closely with both institutional owners and high-net-worth individuals, helping evaluate their existing portfolios and advising on how to reposition assets, maximize returns, and identify new opportunities. His experience spans core markets and value-add strategies across office, retail, and industrial properties. Whether representing a national REIT or a private investor, Christian brings a clear, data-backed perspective to each assignment and is trusted for his ability to analyze market trends, underwrite complex deals, and recommend strategies that align with long-term investment goals.

Outside of work, he enjoys being outdoors and making the most of sunny days. He’s also an avid fan of USC football and never misses a good playoff game across any sport.
