While still enlisted as a helicopter mechanic, Michael purchased his first investment property at 22 years old, laying the foundation for what would become a diverse and growing portfolio across the country.
Michael started strong in single-family investments, jumping into short-term rental ownership and operations, earning numerous Superhost awards across multiple markets in the US. This hands-on experience managing high-performing Airbnb properties has sharpened his expertise in hospitality, guest experience, and market analytics—skills that translate directly into the concierge-level service he provides his real estate clients today.
Michael’s investment philosophy has since evolved to focus on multifamily assets—targeting opportunities that offer not just strong returns, but the potential to build long-term, generational wealth.
