What Jason's Clients Are Saying
I thoroughly appreciate all of the time you are spending in quarterbacking this effort to get to closing. Your efforts are invaluable and you have been the perfect consigliere in this process.
As a real estate broker, attorney and licensed contractor, Jason Oppenheim provides unparalleled representation in every real estate transaction. Jason has represented us on multiple purchases and sales and has been great to work with. He has always placed our interest at the forefront and conducts business in an ethical manner. He is meticulous, very hard working and has a firm grasp and understanding of the real estate industry. Whether you are looking for a home for your family or an income property, Jason is the go-to guy in Los Angeles. Jason is a star. We plan on having him represent us on future transactions.
Jason was an extremely effective agent and counselor. He firmly yet fairly represented my interests in all aspects of the negotiation, and was tireless in his efforts to ensure my satisfaction with every detail of the transaction. I would not hesitate to work with him again, and would strongly recommend him.
Jason is not a broker, nor agent or middleman for that matter, Jason to me is business, man, and a businessman. He understood my areas of sensitivity, sized up my acquisition strategy and tastefully and tactfully helped me negotiate the best outcome whereby today I can call it home. His dynamic background between Law and Business allowed me to take a back seat and allow for the transaction to take its course, home. Thank you.
Jason’s aggressive advertising and diplomatic communication skills make him the perfect agent. Most of all, we are grateful for his guidance and patience as we navigated such a personal decision. He was always reachable and quick to act. He went above and beyond our expectations. We are looking forward to doing more business with him.
Jason Oppenheim is a broker like no other. Now, that may sound like some glittering generality. But it’s true. He found me the perfect home, he negotiated with strength and integrity, he answered the dozens of questions that I had. He was always a phone call away and I used that privilege constantly. When it came time to sign the Bible stack of contracts, we met a coffee shop and he explained each page to me. Jason’s law degree and working knowledge of contracts and real-estate law is indispensable. And when I became emotional from stress Jason was a rock of reason. He steered the ship when I panicked. He helped with my loan, the escrow process, home insurance. He even found me an honest and reasonably priced contractor after closing. Jason is evolved enough as a person to have taken my advice when he thought it was best to do so. A clear sign that Jason’s only goal is to create as close to perfect a real-estate deal for his client as possible. I can go on for days. But, I’ll end by saying that without Jason Oppenheim I would not be moving into my new home. And, that is a fact.
