Growing up as a third-generation realtor, he honed his skills alongside his grandfather, Eugene Webb, the owner of Webb & Brooker—a prominent management, leasing, and sales company in New York. Todd's unwavering work ethic, charisma, and passion have propelled him to achieve remarkable success in every endeavor he undertakes. Beyond his real estate expertise, Todd boasts an impressive background as an NFL All-Pro defensive back, Super Bowl Champion, and professional coach. His exceptional focus and unparalleled work ethic allow him to adeptly guide clients through every aspect of the real estate journey. Whether negotiating on behalf of first-time buyers, advising sellers on market trends, identifying distressed properties, or navigating the luxury market, Todd employs a comprehensive 360 approach that optimizes his clients' financial and personal futures.

Todd's accomplishments extend beyond the realm of real estate. He proudly graduated from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned the distinction of being a two-time All-American defensive back and helped secure a National Championship. Following his college career, Todd was drafted fifth overall in the NFL by the Los Angeles Rams, where he spent 12 years as an All-Pro defensive back and contributed to the team's Super Bowl XXXIV triumph as part of "The Greatest Show on Turf." Later, his transition to coaching saw him help the University of Oregon secure PAC 12 and Rose Bowl Championships. Todd also played a pivotal role in the Philadelphia Eagles' NFC East Divisional Championship before returning to his alma mater, where he guided the Fighting Irish to an undefeated season and a College Football Playoff berth.

In addition to his professional achievements, Todd is deeply committed to philanthropy. He has established scholarships that empower underprivileged students to receive private school educations from elementary school through college. To date, over 25 students have graduated from the University of Notre Dame with the support of Todd Lyght scholarships.
