After moving to California in search of greater opportunity and a better future for my family, I quickly learned that hard work, discipline, and determination can open doors. With that mindset, I earned a promotion to management within just months of arriving, an early achievement that set the tone for the rest of my career. That same drive later propelled me to become Rookie of the Year at Century 21 Superstars, reinforcing my belief that success comes from dedication, integrity, and always putting people first.
 
Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding countless clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. Real estate has allowed me to combine my passion for helping others with my knowledge of the market, negotiation experience, and commitment to achieving results. Today, as a member of The Oppenheim Group, I bring decades of experience, local market insight, and a results-driven approach to every transaction. Based in Cabo San Lucas with my wife, Esmeralda, our daughter, Ivanna, and our dog, Koka, I am proud to serve clients in one of the most beautiful destinations in the world. I am passionate about helping people find not just a property, but their place in paradise—a home, an investment, and a lifestyle that reflects their dreams.
