Blaise Slattery is a commercial real estate advisor with more than $330,000,000 in closed transactions totaling over 560,000 square feet. He brings deep market expertise and a high-level network to every real estate opportunity.
 
Blaise is a founding member of The Oppenheim Group’s Los Angeles commercial real estate team, helping establish and expand the firm’s commercial presence in the Los Angeles market. He specializes in Class A office leasing and sales across Southern California, with a core focus on Beverly Hills and West Los Angeles. His client roster includes institutional leaders such as Nuveen, BlackRock, Hackman Capital Partners, and Sweetgreen, as well as boutique firms and private investors.
 
He has executed a range of complex transactions, including the record-setting sale of 232 N Canon Drive, which achieved the highest price per square foot for a non-medical office building in Beverly Hills at the time, and advising on a $210 million off-market transaction in 2024.
 
While Class A office remains his primary focus, Blaise also advises on retail, multifamily, and industrial opportunities. His approach is relationship-driven and results-oriented, built on trust, discretion, and a commitment to delivering elite outcomes.
 
Outside of real estate, Blaise enjoys surfing, playing guitar, and producing music. He is also involved in artist management and currently manages two touring musicians.
