About Eric DeAngelis Director of Operations / Realtor Associate
Eric attended UC Berkeley where he graduated with degrees in Economics and City & Regional Planning; an educational focus that has given him an understanding of the complex factors that affect both real estate and the financial markets. Obtaining his real estate license at just 20 years old, Eric began his career in commercial real estate with Kennedy Wilson and Rexford Industrial, two real estate investment trusts (REITs) specializing in retail and industrial property respectively. After meeting Jason Oppenheim in 2016, Eric joined The Oppenheim Group and shifted his focus to the residential side of the market, a decision that has allowed him to combine his business acumen with his passion for design, architecture, and his hometown of Los Angeles.
At The Oppenheim Group, Eric has overseen all contracts and disclosures for over $1 billion worth of transactions. He works closely with Jason Oppenheim to run day-to-day operations of the top luxury real estate team in LA, while expanding his own list of high profile clients and notable sales. In 2021 Eric closed over $20 million worth of real estate for his own clients.
Outside of real estate, Eric is a licensed Scuba Diver and enjoys traveling the world. On weekends you can find him exploring new art exhibits, making his way through Jonathan Gold's 101 Best Restaurants list, or taking pictures with his vintage film camera.
