Hannah, a Central California native turned Corona Del Mar local, joins The Oppenheim Group’s Orange County and San Diego offices as the Marketing Director and Office Manager. She is also a licensed real estate agent, known for her exceptional customer service, unwavering attention to detail, and ability to guide clients seamlessly through the buying and selling process. After earning two degrees from Long Beach State University, one in Business Management and the other in Operations and Supply Chain Management, Hannah dove headfirst into the world of real estate. She earned her real estate license straight out of college and hasn’t looked back since.
Hannah’s strong business acumen and ability to streamline operations have been key to her early career success. She played a pivotal role in scaling traditional real estate investment firms and vacation rental companies, helping teams expand their management portfolios and implement efficient systems that enhance both productivity and client experience. Her expertise was instrumental in the successful launch of The Oppenheim Group’s San Diego office, where she continues to oversee marketing efforts across all locations and manage hundreds of transactions across Southern California, ensuring seamless operations at every level.
Hannah embraces challenges with confidence, whether in her professional pursuits or personal adventures. Her passion for making a difference has taken her across six continents, where she has participated in Asset-Based Community Development programs, leading sustainable construction projects for communities in need. She has also dedicated her time to teaching math and English to children in Thailand, South Africa, and Tanzania.
An avid adventurer, Hannah has hiked Mount Kilimanjaro—the tallest free-standing mountain in the world—explored the breathtaking national parks of Patagonia, and most recently trekked through the Swiss and French Alps. When she’s not traveling, you can find her staying active in her local neighborhood or at her favorite yoga and Pilates studios.
