Harry Su is a commercial real estate professional specializing in investment sales, private capital advisory, and cross-border transactions. He co-leads the Commercial Division at The Oppenheim Group, where he advises private investors, family offices, institutions, and operating partners on acquisition strategy, asset positioning, and long-term portfolio growth.
Harry began his career at CBRE at the age of 20, committing to the business full time while completing his degree through Arizona State University’s online program. This structure allowed him to spend his early years fully immersed in brokerage operations, developing a comprehensive understanding of ownership structures, market dynamics, and transaction execution across commercial asset classes.

During his tenure at CBRE, Harry worked on one of the firm’s largest private capital teams in the United States. His experience spanned office, industrial, mixed-use, and redevelopment opportunities, as well as exposure to debt and capital markets assignments. He was actively involved in underwriting, market research, owner outreach, and the execution of complex transactions across regional and national markets.

As his role expanded, Harry joined the leadership group of the same private capital team, gaining exposure to larger institutional and high-net-worth transactions throughout the United States. Working closely with experienced partners on high-volume deal flow provided him with a rigorous foundation in valuation, deal structuring, and investor strategy.

After relocating to Southern California, Harry focused on building cross-border relationships, particularly with Asian capital sources. He spent significant time working with CBRE offices throughout China, developing relationships with high-net-worth families and operating companies seeking U.S. commercial real estate opportunities. This experience sharpened his ability to bridge cultural, regulatory, and market differences in global capital deployment.

He is focused on helping clients navigate evolving market conditions and execute transactions with clarity and conviction.
