Minoo Malek

Minoo prides herself in successfully bringing a property and client together through Market analysis via her experience in data science. She has the innate ability to understand and meet her clients’ needs to bring the best advice and plans for both buyer and seller clients through what can potentially be a complex and stressful time.
 
Minoo received her Masters of Science in engineering from USC and an undergraduate degree from Sharif University of Technology, where she graduated first in her class. While at USC, Minoo held a position as an engineer/ data scientist at one of the leading energy companies in California. She has been successfully managing and developing many multi million dollar projects for more than a decade of her professional career.
 
Throughout her successful career in energy and financial industry, including starting her own hedge fund (Fenul Capital Investment), Minoo has traveled to many countries on five continents. During her travels, she discovered her love of architecture and interior design, which ultimately led her to pursue a career in real estate with one of the leading brokers in Los Angeles, Oppenheim Group.
 
Minoo is working with clients looking to purchase primary residences, second homes, luxury condos, and investment properties, as well as facilitating first time homeowners to acquire their dream home.
