Here are what we really like: 1. never push too hard. 2. she always keeps helping us track and schedule all the work that needs to be done, for example, organizing Termite Fumigation, contacting the escrow company, finding someone to fix some damage in the house, etc. 3. she always gives us the most recent updates to know where we are. 4. she keeps working with the lender to make sure the loan got approval before the closing date. 5. even after closing, she still asks us if anything needs to help.
