Nicole Yacullo

Nicole grew up in Redondo Beach and has lived all over Southern California since, including Palos Verdes, Marina del Rey, Venice, and Los Angeles. Having called so many of these neighborhoods home, she knows what day-to-day life is actually like in each one, and she enjoys helping clients figure out which area fits them best.

She studied at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Before real estate, she worked in business operations, human resources, sales, and social media marketing, including a role with Fresh Vine Wine. That mix of experience taught her how to communicate clearly, stay organized, and market effectively, all of which she now puts to work for her clients.

Nicole first got to know The Oppenheim Group as an intern, spending two summers with the team. She has since returned as a licensed real estate agent, already familiar with how the brokerage works and the level of service it’s known for.

When she’s not working, Nicole loves to travel, spend time with friends, and try new restaurants around LA.
