Originally from Orange County, Shawden moved to Los Angeles after graduating with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.S. in Financial Mathematics and Statistics and a minor in the History of Art and Architecture. Her analytical background gives her a unique edge in real estate, enabling her to combine data-driven strategy with a strong understanding of design, architecture, and long-term value.
