Prior to joining The Oppenheim Group, Teresa served as Vice President of Investment Sales at Kidder Mathews, where she specialized in self-storage, net lease, and industrial investment sales. She worked alongside senior executive leadership on a wide range of investment sale assignments across multiple markets and built a reputation for strong execution, client relationships, and creative deal strategy.
 
Previously, Teresa held dual leadership roles at William Warren Group / StorQuest Self Storage, where she focused on third-party management growth, development partnerships, leasing strategy, and ancillary revenue initiatives across institutional-quality assets nationwide.
