There’s a new spot where Angelenos can dine in luxury: Hakkasan in Beverly Hills. According to general manager Aurelien Pottier, this ultra-modern Chinese restaurant “offers a modern approach to the restaurant industry [and] defines new experiences: the environment, the lighting, the music.”
