Netflix’s “Selling Sunset” returns Nov. 24 with a spinoff on the horizon.
Filming currently is underway on “Selling the O.C.” Premiering sometime in 2022, the unscripted real estate series will follow Jason Oppenheim and The Oppenheim Group’s expansion into Orange County.
