About Emily Rementeria
Emily's upbringing in a multigenerational real estate family shaped her early ambition to pursue a career in the field. With her grandfather's expertise in house flipping, her uncles' diverse roles in real estate, and her father's success in development, she was immersed in the industry from the start. During her later high school years, she shadowed a local real estate agent, gaining fundamental insights and later delved into a year-long project based on this experience.
Emily served as an apprentice to a successful real estate agent in her home state of Washington, where she acquired fundamental insights into the industry. She later translated this experience into a year-long school project, offering a reflective analysis of the knowledge garnered during her internship. Her early fascination with San Diego materialized when she received her acceptance to San Diego State University. Over four years, she dedicated herself to earning a Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration, solidifying her connection to the city. As a San Diego resident for the past five years, Emily has acquired an extensive understanding of the city's nuances.
Her interpersonal skills and determination flourished from a young age, and have only gotten stronger as she has begun to practice real estate. Emily offers The Oppenheim Group a modern perspective of client needs and a fresh take on the world of real estate.
